Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 April 2026
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel your initial paid subscription within 30 days of the first charge and you're not satisfied with Jazhi, we'll refund the amount paid in full. One refund per customer.
To request a refund, email zaki@taxtracker.com.au with the email address on the account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
2. Cancellation after the 30-day window
If you cancel after the 30-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations on monthly plans.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions purchased after the 30-day window are non-refundable but cancellable. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the prepaid term and renewal stops automatically.
4. Free trial
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card to start. No charge is made unless you select a paid plan at the end of the trial. Trials are not refundable because no payment is taken.
5. AI categorisation usage
Each plan includes a monthly AI categorisation allowance (see /pricing). Unused allowance does not roll over and is not refundable. The AI categorisation cap resets at the start of each billing period.
6. Service interruptions
If Jazhi experiences a sustained outage that materially affects your ability to use the service, contact us and we'll consider a service credit on a case-by-case basis. We do not currently publish a formal SLA — uptime commitments will be added in a future update once monitoring and incident response are formally documented.
7. Account closure and data export
You can export all your data at any time via the in-app export tool, including after cancellation, until your account is fully deleted. After account deletion, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
8. Disputes
If you have a billing question or dispute, email us before raising a chargeback so we can investigate. Most issues resolve faster this way.
