Built by a registered tax agent.
For registered tax agents.

Jazhi is a BAS, reconciliation, and practice-management platform for Australian tax practitioners. Made by a practitioner who lodges every quarter, not a SaaS team that disclaims being one.

Capabilities

Three things reconciliation tools don't ship.

Most BAS tools stop at “upload statement, get reconciled transactions.” Jazhi continues into practice management and communication, because that's where firms actually lose hours.

I · Practice management

Pipeline kanban, not a to-do list.

Backlog → In Progress → Review → Approved → Lodged, with WIP visibility, agent-extension due dates, and a calendar that knows BAS quarters. The work-in-progress dashboard reconciliation tools forgot to ship.

II · AI reconciliation

Deterministic first, AI second.

Per-client training rules, a built-in merchant library, then AI for the rest. CSV, OFX, and PDF from forty-plus AU bank formats. Every line carries a confidence score and an edit history you can trace.

III · AI email automation

Drafted in your voice.

BAS reminders, document chasers, lodgement confirmations — drafted by AI, edited by you, sent through the channel you choose. Bulk send with chunked progress and per-client opt-out.

Design partners

Currently onboarding founding firms.

Jazhi is in active onboarding with a small group of design-partner firms in Australia. Logos and testimonials will appear here after they've run a full BAS quarter on Jazhi — not before. If you'd like to be one, we'd like to hear from you.

Built on a tax agent's desk.

Tax Tracker Pty Ltd runs Jazhi in production every quarter. Data stays in Australia on Supabase ap-southeast-2 (AWS Sydney). OAuth tokens and SMTP passwords are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. Your client data is never used to train AI models.

Common questions

What agents ask first.

Who built Jazhi?

Zaki Choudhry — registered Tax Agent (TPB 26298664), BAS Agent (TPB 26280921), and IPA member. Tax Tracker Pty Ltd is the operating practice (Tax Agent 26321143). Both registrations are publicly verifiable on the TPB register.

How is this different from a reconciliation tool?

Reconciliation is one of three engines, not the whole product. Jazhi adds the practice-management layer most reconciliation-only tools lack: pipeline, deadlines, email, recurring tasks, dry-run mode for cron reminders.

Where does my data live?

Australia, on Supabase ap-southeast-2 (AWS Sydney). TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest for OAuth and SMTP secrets. We don't use your data to train AI — Anthropic's API operates under no-training-data terms.

Can I lodge through Jazhi?

Jazhi prepares and audits the BAS. Lodgement is via the practitioner portal until SBR2 integration ships. Reports export as PDF (branded with your firm) and Excel.

Do I pay per client or per user?

Neither. Plans cap on active clients per tier — see /pricing. No per-user fees, no per-client fees within your cap. 14-day free trial, 30-day money-back guarantee.
